Plus, as an IJCSA member, our technicians are trained annually on how to deliver top-notch customer service that goes above the standard cleaning service.

   The International Janitorial Cleaning Service Association ensures all of its members are constantly up-to-date with delivering high levels of customer service in the janitorial-cleaning industry. We at 3kings Cleaning place all of our team members through training with the IJCSA along with our proprietary cleaning methods. All of our staff members should show their brightest smiles and be motivated to your needs. We all have a mission: to deliver professional cleaning service-at an affordable rate, and go beyond duty; to ensure customer satisfaction.

Our team always has one Lead Technician with a least 10 years of industry and maintenance knowledge. Along with a Lead Cleaning Technician; we may have one or two additional cleaning technicians to ensure swift, thorough service. Our Lead cleaning technician is responsible for inspecting all work not once, not twice- but THREE times! We call this our “triple check” inspections. Then at the end of service: a walk-through inspection is performed with management or authorized personnel whom may fill our Inspections Report. And finally, after all this is completed; all paperwork is emailed and/or faxed to the appropriate client for their records.
